Ohad brings 23 years of experience in investment management, as well as a global perspective enhanced by his experiences living and working in the US, United Kingdom, and Korea. Earlier in his career, he worked at Square Capital, a London and Paris-based multi-family office founded by the most senior Goldman Sachs private wealth managers. His expertise spans asset classes including real estate, global equities, credit, private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds, with a particular focus on macro asset allocation and fund selection.

In recent years, Ohad expanded his influence by authoring "Masters of Business," a leadership-focused book originally published in Hebrew and slated for translation into other languages.  He is frequently interviewed in the media and has also been recognized with the Best Leader Award from KAAP in Korea.

In 1998, Ohad founded DEGEM, a nonprofit addressing wealth disparity and focused on development in Israel's Negev Desert. He also served in the Israeli military's intelligence forces.

Ohad holds a Masters in Business (MBA) from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
